Multilutions Innovation Group AI-governed software delivery

People & agents · Process · Tools

Your engineers are becoming builders.

The teams that make that shift without losing their engineering discipline keep shipping. The teams that skip the discipline ship faster for a quarter, then spend a year finding out what they broke.

Proof

We don't advise on this from the outside. We run a company on it.

Atravis is an immigration and relocation platform in production today, built and operated exactly this way. Every figure below is real and checkable, not rounded up.

50+countries with government-sourced step data
1,134automated tests green across two services
< 1 hruser-reported bug to verified production fix
4production deploys in a single day

One day in September 2026. A user opened the product on a phone and hit an error signing up. Within the hour we traced it to our own Content-Security-Policy header silently blocking the CAPTCHA, fixed it, gave it a regression test proven failing before it was made to pass, deployed to a dev environment, had it confirmed by the person who reported it, and shipped it to production.

On the way we found something worse: sign-up had been broken for every user since launch. No dashboard caught it. A person trying the product caught it — which is the point. Agents make the fix fast. The process is what makes sure the fix is real, and the tests are what stop it coming back.

That is the engagement in miniature. Not “AI writes your code.” A delivery lifecycle where agents do the work, evidence gates the result, and a human stays accountable for the decision.

The model

People, process and tools — with agents now inside the first one.

This was the framing long before agents existed. What changed is what people means. A team is no longer only the humans on it.

A — People & agents

Humans and agents working as one team

Who decides, who executes, who reviews, and what an engineer is accountable for when they did not type the code. Most teams adopt the tools and never answer this, and that is where the trouble starts.

P — Process

A lifecycle that governs agentic work

Agentic frameworks applied to the lifecycle you already have — requirements through story, implementation, review and release — with evidence at each gate, so speed does not cost you traceability.

T — Tools

The right tools, wired in properly

Which tools, configured how, integrated with what. The difference between a team with licences and a team that ships is almost never the model — it is the plumbing and the habits around it.

Where to start

No fee for the first engagements

An assessment of your people, process and tools — and a written recommendation you keep.

We are taking on a small number of first assessments at no charge. That is deliberate: we would rather prove this on your codebase than argue it in a slide deck.

  1. 01A conversationWhere you are with AI tooling today, and what is actually not working.
  2. 02A look at how you really workYour lifecycle as practised, not as documented — intake through release.
  3. 03A written findings documentWhat to change, in what order, and what to leave alone. Yours to keep, whether or not we work together.

Who we are

Enterprise engineering leadership, now running its own shop.

We come out of enterprise software engineering leadership — most recently a Director of Software Engineering at a Fortune 50 retailer, leading a team through the shift to agentic orchestration: engineers moving from writing every line to directing, reviewing and being accountable for work that agents do.

We now run that method inside our own company, and Atravis is the proof: a real product with real users, not a demo built for a talk. We also build with our hands — Multilutions runs a wood repair and home improvement shop — and we have come to think the two are the same craft. You understand how a thing is put together before you change it.
